A Week of At-Home Workouts

Since being at home during quarantine, I’ve been really watching what I’m eating and I’m exercising more than normal.  I think because I’m home {and get bored easily}, I’m filling my time by finding workout routines and actually working out. I also think it’s so much easier to exercise because all of the workouts are either body-weight or light weights and can be done at home.  Through working out and watching my nutrition, I’ve already lost 4 pounds just in April and am feeling so much better, and I hope to keep this going after quarantine ends.

Today, I wanted to share what a typical week of workouts looks like for me.  For each workout, you can use your body-weight, light weights, or resistance bands and can modify the moves if need be.

Sunday: Yoga

Monday: Upper Body

Tuesday: HIIT

Wednesday: Abs

Thursday: Total Body

Friday: Lower Body

Saturday: Yoga

What types of workouts do you like to do? I’m open to all ideas as I continue on my health journey after quarantine ends and life goes back to normal!
